Since October 2023, the USpring Pro mentorship program has been actively supporting younger Ukrainian professionals who aspire to advance their careers in Switzerland. Our mission is to empower Ukrainian professionals by providing one-on-one mentoring, fostering intercultural exchanges, and supporting successful integration and professional development in Switzerland
